What exactly is Condoit?

Condoit is an Electrical Data Platform built for enterprise service contractors. It turns the data your team captures on every visit into recurring service revenue and a long-term relationship with every facility you service.

What happens in basements or data centers with no Wi-Fi?

Condoit works offline. Your team captures photos, notes, and thermal images normally in the field. The data is stored locally on the device and automatically syncs to the cloud the moment they regain a connection.

Does this integrate with our thermal cameras and engineering software?

Yes. Condoit is FLIR's #1 Global Approved App, connecting directly to your FLIR cameras via Bluetooth to pull thermal images and temperature markers into a branded report in under 5 minutes. SKM Power Tools integration is coming soon, so field data will export cleanly for arc-flash analysis.

Our electricians won't adopt new software. Will they use this?

Yes. Condoit was built by an electrician, Ian Hoppe, a Level 3 thermographer who lived the field workflow. The platform was architected by Peyton Sherwood, a founding team member of Venmo, with one goal: to make it so easy that an apprentice can use it. A technician can digitize a piece of equipment in less than 1 minute. Techs adopt it because it kills the work they hate most: circuit tracing, re-rolling trucks, and discovery waste.

Does Condoit replace BuildOps, ServiceTrade, or Procore?

No. Condoit complements your field service management tools. BuildOps, ServiceTrade, and Procore handle scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing. Condoit captures and owns your electrical system data. Most enterprise contractors use both side-by-side.
